On 18 September 2024, the Department of Forensic Science, Amity University Punjab, Mohali, organized a one-day educational visit to the Panjab Police Academy (PPA), Phillaur. Students visited the Sheikh Abdul Azizul Haque Forensic Laboratory, attended a session on Forensic Medicine, and explored the State Fingerprint Bureau, where they learned about fingerprint analysis and the NAFIS system. The visit provided valuable practical exposure to forensic investigations and law enforcement practices.

On 23 February 2026, the Amity School of Forensic Sciences organized an educational visit to the Mobile Forensic Science Lab, Sector 34, Chandigarh, with 27 students. The visit provided practical exposure to mobile crime scene investigation, evidence collection procedures, and surveillance systems such as ICCC and PCCC. Students also learned about biological evidence identification, fingerprint development using AFIS, and investigations related to NDPS cases, ballistics, and accident reconstruction, offering valuable insight into real-world forensic field operations.

On 8 April 2025, students from the Department of Forensic Sciences, Amity University, Mohali, visited the Mobile Forensic Science Laboratory at Sector 34 Police Station, Chandigarh. The visit provided practical exposure to digital forensics, fingerprint analysis, biological evidence collection, and crime scene management, highlighting the role of mobile forensic units in real-time investigations.
