This project proposal focuses on developing an advanced hybrid manufacturing framework for post-processing Cold Spray Additive Manufactured parts using precision 5-axis machining. The study aims to improve surface integrity, dimensional accuracy, and mechanical performance of high-performance metallic components, especially high-entropy alloys. It also proposes the integration of sensor-based monitoring and adaptive intelligent control to make the machining process smarter and more reliable. The project has strong relevance for aerospace, automotive, biomedical, and other advanced manufacturing sectors. Overall, it reflects an innovative step toward Industry 4.0-enabled, sustainable, and application-oriented manufacturing research.
