Day 2 of HAPPIVERSE – The Well-Being Fest, organized by the Amity School of Social Sciences in collaboration with the Amity School of Business Administration, Rotaract Club, NIPM, and National Service Scheme, featured engaging stalls and activities promoting psychological well-being.
Students enthusiastically participated in interactive stalls such as psychological models display, psychometric testing, emotion wheel, trauma smash cup, face painting, doodle corner, and the tree of happiness. A panel discussion on “Breaking the Silence – Conversations on Mental Health” encouraged open dialogue and stigma reduction among students from diverse disciplines.
An interactive workshop on “Mindfulness & Meditation for Everyday Life” was conducted by Amandeep, an Rehabilitation Council of India registered clinical psychologist, where students
practiced grounding techniques and guided meditation.
A key highlight was the launch of “ABHIVYAKTI – Together We Heal, Together We Rise,” the campus Well-Being & Happiness Support Group, coordinated by Shivali Dhingra, Simplejit Kaur Dhanoa, Deepika Lamba, and Richa Sharma, with student coordinators Raaminder Singh and Mankirat Kaur. The day concluded with vibrant cultural performances celebrating well-being and community.
