Hostel

Amity University Punjab offers comprehensive hostel facilities for boys and girls separately within the University Campus.

Caring wardens and a vigilant security ensures a pleasant stay allowing students to focus on academics. The air-conditioned residential apartment suites consist of 3 single rooms with an attached bathroom and sitting lounge.

On-Campus Hostel

The life in hostels enables students to spend ample time in the institutes, utilise library and other facilities to ensure they develop academically and acquire the necessary skills that can be obtained only through experience.

In addition, the hostel life allows students to interact with their colleagues and peers, make friends, and develop into good human beings capable of independent judgement and competent in handling the day-today pressures of life. Some students may leave their homes for the first time but they can be reassured, these hostels would eventually turn out to be their home away from home.

Hostel Withdrawal & Refund Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to students seeking withdrawal from the hostel facility:

Up to 45 days before commencement of the programme:
100% of the deposited hostel fees and Security Deposit will be refunded. A processing charge of up to 5% of the hostel fees (maximum ₹5,000) will be deducted.
Up to 30 days before commencement of the programme:
80% of the deposited hostel fees along with the Security Deposit will be refunded.
Up to 15 days before commencement of the programme:
60% of the deposited hostel fees along with the Security Deposit will be refunded.
After commencement of the programme:
Hostel fees will not be refunded. Only the Security Deposit (if applicable) will be refunded.

Note: Hostel fees paid towards admission after the commencement of the programme are strictly non-refundable.
